Since my H/O policy went up around $300 I just called to make sure all discounts had been applied. It’s a simple question. I have 4 policies through this agency. This woman had an attitude throughout the entire conversation. I asked the question and the response was, “Our discounts don’t change from year to year.” Could you just check it compared to last year and make sure we have all the discounts we can have? She says ” The documentation is on the website you can check it there.” I said, I couldn’t find it. She said, “didn’t you get a copy in the mail?” No I don’t have one and don’t have access to last years, and I don’t know what discounts should apply. She looks it up. I say we have 4 policies with you 2 auto 2 H/O. She says “I only have 2 policies auto and H/O. I say you also have my daughters Auto and H/O. She says, “wheres the other H/O? ” I said, in Chicago. She says, “I didn’t write any policies for you in Chicago!” At this point its getting ridiculous. Finally she finds my daughters policies. and says, ” you don’t get discounts for your daughters policies.” Finally she checks the discounts and says they are the same. I started talking to someone else a while back because of her attitude, but I was directed back to her because she wrote the policies. This is really bad! I told her she needed to treat her customers better. I asked a question I asked Liberty every year and they happily check it out for me. This womans attitude is horrible and I recommend going to another agency!
